About David

As a clinical hypnotherapist, I work with adults and children to reduce or eliminate stress and anxiety; and to help clients break free from damaging habits and beliefs.

I have particular interests in somatic approaches and mindfulness in the treatment of trauma, generalised anxiety and depression, to aid recovery and enhance resilience. In addition, I offer effective treatment for phobias, panic attacks, examination nerves and other common problems.

For students experiencing difficulties in learning, I offer assessment, advice, specialist tuition and therapeutic interventions.

I aim to help young people to fulfil their potential, to assist them in overcoming cognitive and emotional barriers to effective learning and to foster the development of learning strategies and study skills. I want them to achieve what they previously thought was impossible.
