About David

As a clinical hypnotherapist, I work with adults and children to reduce or eliminate stress and anxiety; and to help clients break free from damaging habits and beliefs.

I have particular interests in somatic approaches and mindfulness in the treatment of trauma, generalised anxiety and depression, to aid recovery and enhance resilience. In addition, I offer effective treatment for phobias, panic attacks, examination nerves and other common problems.

For students, I aim to help them fulfil their potential, to assist them in overcoming cognitive and emotional barriers to effective learning and to foster the development of learning strategies and study skills. I want them to achieve what they previously thought was impossible.
